Step 1
Simply find out the following details about the phone you’d like to unlock:
1. IMEI – Type *#06# into your BlackBerry phone to get the 15 digit number.
2. Model – Please confirm this from the label behind the battery.
3. PRD CODE (Optional) – See this from the label behind the battery (E.g.: PRD-12345-678).
4. Carrier and Country – Please provide the original country where the phone was purchased and the carrier that the phone is currently locked to.
The carrier name we need is NOT the carrier you wish to use but the one that your phone is CURRENTLY locked to. Not sure which carrier/network the phone is locked to? See the section here.
5. MEP NUMBER – Providing your MEP number will GUARANTEE accuracy.

Once we are successful in obtaining your unique unlock code, we then send a 6 USD ($6) Paypal invoice to the email address provided in the form.
As soon as the payment has been received, we send you the code along with the instructions.
